Q3 was our busiest quarter of shipping yet. Between July and September we released new features almost every week, from an AI assistant that answers your clients' messages to VAT on every product you sell.
Here it is, all in one place. Below you'll find the five biggest updates of the quarter, followed by a quick rundown of everything else that landed. Grab a coffee and see what you might have missed.
Our top 5 of Feature Releases for Q3 2026
1. Meet Lia, your AI messaging assistant
Lia answers your clients' questions, handles booking enquiries and keeps conversations moving while you're on the gym floor. Over the summer she learned to share membership and class links, add clients to waitlists, book free sessions, and now cancel bookings too, collecting any cancellation fee before it goes through.
You stay in control. Choose which channels Lia covers, set boundaries for trickier conversations like freezes, and pause her any time. The moment you reply to a client yourself, Lia steps back for that conversation.
Lia is now open to every LegitFit pro, and 80 pros joined in the first weekend. Gmail and Instagram support are in beta too.

2. Tax rates on memberships, packages, bookings and shop
You can now create custom tax rates, such as VAT, and apply them across everything you sell. Set a default rate once and it applies automatically to every new product. Choose inclusive or exclusive pricing, edit rates per product any time, and tax shows clearly on invoices and receipts.
3. Presale memberships
Opening a new site or launching a founding-member offer? Presale memberships let clients pay up front, with usage and billing starting only when the presale ends. Once it ends, they behave like any regular membership, so you can freeze them, adjust billing dates and so on.

4. Reserve with Google
Eligible studios and trainers now get a "Book online" button on their Google Business Profile, across both Google Search and Maps. Clients tap straight through to your public timetable and book with you, with no extra steps and no third-party app in the way.

5. Kisi access control and Tap to Pay
LegitFit now integrates with Kisi, so door access is managed directly through your clients' memberships and bookings, with QR check-in for clients and multi-location access for pros. It's live across iOS, Android and all branded apps. Plus, Tap to Pay lets you take card payments right from your phone on the gym floor.
