How to get started?

Once you go with LegitFit, we send over a form for you to complete so we can get your account ready and set up before our first onboarding call. Once you meet our onboarding team you will have the opportunity to discuss your tailored switchover next steps.

What if I need help after the switchover?

After going live, our dedicated support team will be available to help ensure the transition is smooth during and after - not only for you but your clients. We also have a very responsive support team that will be ready via email, live chat, and WhatsApp

How long does the switchover take?

We can switch accounts over in a couple of days if time is pressing. However, to ensure the best transition for you and your clients, we suggest 1-2 weeks to prepare your account, conduct the training calls, and then go live. For more robust migrations, including payment information, the process can take 2-6 weeks.

Is training provided to my staff?

We aim to have your account setup ready before our first call. This allows us to provide the best training for you and your staff. We will train your staff on how to use the system effectively and offer recommendations for best practices.

What is the best practice to ensure a smooth transition?

We handle most of the heavy lifting, but to ensure the best transition, we ask your help confirming the account details and client lists for migration. We also recommend communicating with your clients about the upcoming switch to ensure they too are prepared.
