Once you go with LegitFit, we send over a form for you to complete so we can get your account ready and set up before our first onboarding call. Once you meet our onboarding team you will have the opportunity to discuss your tailored switchover next steps.

We can switch accounts over in a couple of days if time is pressing. However, to ensure the best transition for you and your clients, we suggest 1-2 weeks to prepare your account, conduct the training calls, and then go live. For more robust migrations, including payment information, the process can take 2-6 weeks.
