Through dedication and strategic planning, Charlie expanded the studio's services by assembling a larger coaching team. Always aware of the importance of branding, Charlie ventured into launching Balance merchandise, to fit nicely alongside her new branded app!

Urban Gym's Andy embarked on a transformative journey by overhauling the gym's coaching model and assembling a team of (to quote the man himself) superstar coaches. This strategic move paved the way for Urban Gym to witness a rise in community strength. They've beefed up their social media efforts through impactful videos that capture their ethos. These efforts have seen fantastic member engagement that has allowed them to host a series of successful events throughout the year. Far from slowing down, Andy is excited to keep building in the new year.

Ciara of CI Fitness seized the opportunity to elevate her business by adopting a branded app, a strategic move that aligned perfectly with the trends of 2023. Alongside this tech-savvy upgrade, Ciara invested in renovating the facility's floor space, providing an enhanced environment for members to enjoy their workout experiences to the fullest.

Hustle Fitness: Expansion and Fulfilment of Long-Term Plans

The diligent efforts of Declan and the entire management team at Hustle Fitness culminated in the realisation of a long-cherished vision - a third location. After a couple of years of meticulous planning and development, the new site was successfully launched in October, and already business is booming.
