A gentle practice with focus on both standing and seated positions, alignment and pranayama (breath). Static positions are often held for a little longer than a Vinyasa flow and although gentle, Hatha can still be physically and mentally challenging. Hatha is great for beginners upwards and is sure to leave you feeling a sense of peace in both body and mind.
