This traditional yoga practise has a focus on both standing and seated positions, alignment and pranayama (breath). Static positions are often held for a little longer than a Vinyasa flow bringing a physical and mental challenge. Hatha is great for beginners upwards and is sure to leave you feeling a sense of peace in both body and mind. Suitable for beginners upwards.
