This class is fitness Pilates based. Classes include a variety of stretches and mobility moves both standing and floor based. Designed to balance your body from top to toe! Improve flexibility, posture, core strength and relieve muscle tension (aches and pains) Our Pilates classes bring excellent mental health benefits too. Suitable for all abilities including those that have never done Pilates before. What to bring? A bottle of water and a mat or a large towel Where to go? As you drive in through the school gates you will need to drive to your right and head for the back car park, before you get there you will see a small walkway between two buildings (main school & sports hall) you will need to take that and then you will need to take the first door on your left (back of main school) and then it’s the first room on your right which is the school gym which is where the class is.
