In this Vinyasa class you will create a moving meditation through harmonising breath and body. Journeying from meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to a creative and flow of postures aimed at releasing stagnant energy in the body. Expect playful transitions, asana to challenge you and food for thought. Accessible yoga philosophy, mantra and mudra are woven throughout, honouring the roots of this ancient tradition.
