TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In the Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:  ”Studio” means Return to Life Pilates Studio.  ”Client'' means any person that has completed and submitted the online registration form (the “Registration Form”) at the Return to Life Pilates website, returntolifepilates.ie and which registration has been accepted by the Studio.  ”Studio” means Return to Life Pilates and a reference to a Studio in the Terms and Conditions will be to the relevant studio at which a Client has booked to attend sessions.  ”Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form.

2. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

Client may only book or reschedule sessions for themselves via their personal Studio booking facility at returntolifepilates.ie
Policy: Late cancels lose the price of a class. Classes: Reservations for classes can be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of class. Private Sessions classes needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of class.
Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis. Return to life Pilates Studio operates a wait-list system for classes. How the wait list works is listed below. Each time you are added to a class from the wait list you will receive an automatic Wait list Notification email. Once you receive the notification, just call, text or email the studio to confirm or cancel the reservation. If you receive voice mail, please leave a message confirming the date and time of your reservation. Once a class is confirmed you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.
I understand that if I cancel the session less than 24 hours before the session start time or if I do not turn up for the session, I will not get financial credit or a session credit and the session will be lost.

3 FITNESS AND HEALTH

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions Client hereby confirm that they have no health problems (including without limitation cardiac irregularities; spinal, bone, joint, tendon or ligament injuries; spells of dizziness; severe osteoporosis, asthma (or other breathing difficulty); diabetes, epilepsy or any allergy) which may affect their participation in any sessions at the Studio.
It is the Clients sole responsibility to notify the Studio before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio and/or which may have arisen or worsened since their last session at the Studio (if any).
Clients are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activity without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition and wellbeing. Clients with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities, with sever osteoporosis or in rehabilitation process should not attend class. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult his doctor.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Clients if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of Studio facilities.
Clients are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.

4.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at the Return to Life Pilates Studio do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor. It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Return to Life Pilates and its instructor/s for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. Any client questions or complaints please email info@returntolifepilates.ie
The Studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of Client or for injury to Client on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

5 PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the Client’s own risk and the Studio does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

6 DRESS

Clients are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of fitness activities and Return to Life Pilates recommends that Clients wear stretch pants or shorts and a T-shirt or sports top. Client should attend sessions with clean socks that cover the entire foot or anti slippery socks suitable for reformer classes.

7 SAFETY & HYGIENE

In the interests of safety and hygiene, no crockery, glass or food are permitted in the changing rooms or studio. Only closed containers of water are permitted in the Studio rooms. Other than with the exception of guide dogs no pets are permitted in the Studio buildings or grounds.
Clients must not walk around the Studio barefoot if they have verucas or similar foot complaints.
Clients must use the main entrance to the Studio when entering or leaving the Studio.
Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and Clients must not interfere with these exits for any reason. In the event of a fire, Clients are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
Smoking is forbidden in the Studio.

8 GENERAL

Clients are required to give written notice to the Studio of any change of address or personal details, including phone number and email address. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed to have been received by the Client within five days of mailing to the last address notified to the Studio.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse admission to the Studio.
Pictures may be taken on occasion during classes for marketing purposes.

I understand that I must inform my instructor, before any class, if I have received an injury, have been recently unwell, or have become pregnant.

Although Pilates is very safe, I understand that any exercise involves a risk of injury. I agree to take responsibility for my participation in Pilates classes, and agree that I exercise at my own risk. I agree to follow my teacher’s instructions regarding safety & technique, & I understand that I should work at my own pace, respect my body, & stop to rest if I need to.

I confirm that I have not been in close contact with any person that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 10 days. I do not currently experience any of the common COVID-19 symptoms (high temperature, dry cough, tiredness). Furthermore, I will immediately inform Return to Life Pilates Studio if I begin to experience any of the mentioned COVID 19 symptoms.
