This is an ideal way to start your Pilates journey on the Reformer. Start with one private session and then join the group classes. Package includes: - 1x 1:1 Private session (40 minutes) - 3x Reformer classes (level discussed within the private session) Private session: During an introductory private Reformer session, you will be introduced to the basic principles of Pilates, such as proper breathing, alignment, and control. The instructor will also provide a thorough introduction to the Reformer equipment, including how to set it up, adjust the resistance, and perform basic exercises. The introductory private session also includes a postural assessment. We look at the positioning of the spine, neck, pelvis, shoulder blades, hips, knees, and feet while you are standing still. We identify weaknesses and imbalances to optimize your Pilates performance and overall well-being. After completing an introductory session, you will be better prepared to participate in group Reformer classes. Your instructor will advise you on what level class will suit you best!
