Connect and chill with someone important to you @ UNWIND with friends: Massage x Sauna Sound Bath. N.B. Each ticket requires two people to attend together. Fresh from their sellout 'pal-entines' special, Mara and Shaun are hosting another deeply relaxing workshop of massage followed by a Sauna Sound Bath. 1) Massage workshop: Mara will begin by teaching you to practice simple massage on your co-attendee, helping you to connect and release physical tension. 2) Sauna Sound Bath: Next we’ll move on to successive rounds of high-temperature tranquillity in Shaun’s signature blend of singing bowl sound and sauna. You and that other person will unwind further, your stress melting away. Treat a friend to this nourishing shared experience. Facilitators: Mara (@unearthing.bubbles) and Shaun (@gotobalm) Date and time of the event: Saturday 19th April @ 11am Duration of the event (start and end times): 11am - 2pm Number of attendees: 20 (10 tickets) Ticket price for attendees: £90 (2 x £45) Special Requests or Considerations: Who to bring? a friend, a family member, a partner, a dear acquaintance. What to bring? bathing suit/shorts/bikini and 2 towels each, and a blanket for warmth. What to wear? Comfortable clothing for a relaxing massage experience. P.S.
