This level 1 class is designed to up the intensity and challenge you all while keeping control and form. Be prepared to train to failure and have fun while doing so. We recommend completing our Foundations class prior to attending this class. With previous Reformer experience this class is a good starting point. This class is not suitable for those with injuries. This class is prenatal and post-natal friendly just remember to inform your instructor.
