This level 2 class introduces progressions. Make sure you have tried our Zone 1 classes before attempting Zone 2. This class pushes your boundaries. Expect longer holds the introduction of heavy and very light spring tension, don't be fooled by our light spring tenson. With maximum effort along with minimum rest prepare to feel the burn and experience the Pilates shake. This class in not suitable for first timers or those with injuries or pre or post pregnancy clients.
