Pregnancy Reformer Pilates supports a healthy, active pregnancy by improving core strength, posture, and flexibility while relieving common discomforts like back pain. It helps prepare the body for childbirth and recovery. Our 8-week courses allow up to 2 classes to be carried over to the next course, provided these are pre-arranged.
