Sunday 8am-10.30am in the Lunar Lodge. @Icetribeuk This session starts with breathwork in the classroom in The Bathhouse at 8am. Join our vibrant wellness community for an an amazing experience through breathwork, ice bath, and sauna. Together, we'll reconnect with ourselves, each other, and nature, finding comfort in challenging situations.
