Warrior Woman Fundamentals+ is part of our Warrior Woman Class Series! Our Warrior Woman Classes are weight based classes, where you will be lifting dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sand bags and more! Each individual class has a particular focus to ensure you are receiving a balanced movement routine that looks at all aspects of strength and the function of your body. Fundamentals+ is a programme in connecting to your body & understanding good technique & form for weight training, so you can build confidence and strength in your lifts. We’ve added a little extra spice to this class to ensure you’re getting cardiovascular benefits in your movement routine! This will be delivered as a short but sweet conditioning piece to get your heart rate elevated and endorphins pumping! Whether you're just starting out with weight training or a seasoned lifter, this class is your gateway to building a stronger connection with your body, so you can build strength and confidence in your technique and lifts. You will learn how to feel and see, if you’re performing an exercise correctly and optimally and know what techniques you can use to get the most out of every exercise. If you’re also interested in attending our Warrior Woman Experienced class, Fundamentals and Fundamentals + will support you in building your confidence so that the Experienced class feels accessible to you. We recommend taking 6-8 Fundamentals classes before trying out our WW Experienced class for the first time. If you're not sure whether to go to our Experienced class, please speak to your teacher who will be able to support you further. Warrior Woman Fundamentals complements our Warrior Woman Experienced classes, forming a holistic approach to elevate your movement practice and quality of life. *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so. You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the class and waive any claims against AW Wellness Studios.
