Rush is a Strength and Endurance workout that will require a weight. Anything you have such as a kettlebell, dumbbell, powerbag, weight plate, medacine ball will do. If you dont have these get creative, fill a rucksack with something heavy or grab a rock from the garden! In this workout you will perform 30 exercises (60 seconds per exercise) back to back with rest only coming as you need it.
