Designed to connect you with your inner fire & help you combat stress, leaving you feeling strong, confident and restored! Each class offers a new discipline and focus-footwork, defence, speed/power, combinations or stamina. We welcome all levels, no previous experience is required, as all combinations will be demonstrated during the class. Please bring your own wraps to protect your wrists, boxing gloves and pads are provided but you are welcome to bring your own gloves if you prefer. *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so. You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the class and waive any claims against AW Wellness Studios.
