This class is designed to enhance your joint mobility, focusing on the hip joints, shoulder joints (especially targeting "sticky shoulder"), and ankles. Through targeted exercises and movements, we will work to improve the flexibility, joint capacity, and strength of these crucial joints, ultimately enhancing your squat technique and overall body mechanics. What is Mobility Practice? Mobility practice involves a series of exercises aimed at increasing the range of motion and strength within your joints. Unlike flexibility, which is solely about stretching muscles, mobility combines flexibility with strength, allowing for controlled and stable movements through a full range of motion. By focusing on joint capacity and strength, mobility practice ensures that your body can move freely and efficiently, reducing the risk of injury and improving overall physical performance.
