The Improver Level Pilates Mat Class is more challenging Pilates workout (compare to Plus Beginner) designed to enhance your overall strength, flexibility, and body awareness. This class is specifically tailored for individuals who have a basic understanding of Pilates and are ready to progress beyond the beginner level. It focuses on building on the foundations of Pilates exercises while preparing you for more advanced movements. In addition to the traditional Pilates mat exercises, a variety of props are used to add challenge and variety to the workout. These props may include resistance bands, Pilates circles, stability balls, foam rollers, or small weights. The props are utilised strategically to provide resistance, assistance, or stability, intensifying the exercises and activating different muscle groups. Please note, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
