The Strength and Tone Workout Class is a dynamic and fast-paced fitness session designed to target and tone every major muscle group in your body. This invigorating full body workout incorporates a variety of equipment. The incorporation of weights allows you to challenge your muscles and promote muscle growth, while the resistance bands add an extra level of resistance to intensify the workout. Sliding disks and other props are used to target specific muscle groups, enhance stability, and improve core strength. This class is perfect for individuals looking for an effective and efficient workout that targets multiple muscle groups, promotes fat burning, and leaves you feeling energised and accomplished. NOTE: This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or rehab! Please note, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
