This class is a dynamic and invigorating workout that combines the benefits of low-impact cardio jumping exercises with the strengthening and toning effects of core-focused Pilates movements. The class begins with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead. You'll then transition into the jumping exercises, which are performed on a small jumpboard attached to the reformer. These exercises incorporate rhythmic bouncing, jumps, and variations that elevate your heart rate and engage your entire body. After the cardio segment, the focus shifts to core strengthening exercises using the reformer. These exercises emphasize control, stability, and precision as you perform a series of movements that challenge your core muscles while promoting proper alignment and posture. Please note, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
