Beginner Reformer class is great for someone who haven't done Pilates before or have done only Mat Pilates previously. Expect slower paced class aimed to teach you basics Pilates techniques. Learn how to work and "workout" with the Pilates apparatus in different ways, safely. Focus is on awareness, breath & control. Learn basic moves and sequences, train your brain, improve your memory and cognitive function. Reformer Pilates is your full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles. Please note, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations.
