This low impact, strength and mobility based class is aimed at building stability in the lower body and core, and increasing movement range in the hips.  A great class for longevity, joint health and easing chronic pain caused by tightness and weaknesses in the lower body. You will work with both weight and body weight to improve balance, build strength and free up the hips. All abilities are welcome and regressions are offered to suit you. We always strive to meet you where your body is at, rather than push you past your limits. *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so. You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the class and waive any claims against AW Wellness Studios.
