*Note: You will only be able to book this class once you've attended the Warrior Woman Fundamentals classes or if you've been a PT client for atleast 4-6 weeks. If you are experienced with weight training already, please email us ons support@awwellnessstudios.com and we will give your account access to book this class. We have put this in place for everyone’s safety. Warrior Woman Experienced is part of our Warrior Woman Class Series! Our Warrior Woman Classes are weight based classes, where you will be lifting dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sand bags and more! Each class has a particular focus to ensure you are receiving a balanced movement routine that looks at all aspects of strength and the function of your body. Experienced is a programme focused on building strength through heavy lifting & working at pace! It is aimed for those who are confident in their lifts and their technique and who’s sole goal is to build strength, power and stamina in their lifts. You will learn how to challenge your body, explore your limits and lift heavier than you have before. We offer a supportive atmosphere where you will be cheered on by not just your teacher but by your fellow Warrior Women who are just as dedicated as you are, in seeing you progress in this class! To support you in attending this class and the longevity of your training, we recommend that you attend Warrior Woman Prime alongside this class to ensure that your body is working and moving optimally which will in turn support your lifts. Warrior Woman Experienced complements Warrior Woman Prime and Warrior Woman Fundamentals classes, forming a holistic approach to elevate your movement practice and quality of life. *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so. You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the class and waive any claims against AW Wellness Studios.
