Expect a low impact workout, perfect if you're new to exercise, or returning after a long break. Equally, for those looking for an extra challenge to their strength work, Barre offers a unique approach to strength using low weight, with high repetitions, ensuring you get that ‘burn!’. If you’re looking for a class to support muscle tone, look no further; Barre has you covered! *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so.
