The focus of this class is building strength, toning and functional mobility in the lower body and core. It will not only work your core and lower body, but also work on strength through range of motion which helps with injury prevention and general mobility and join health. Each class will consist of a mixture of body weight exercises and heavy strength training resulting in a well rounded session. A great class for working towards a large range of goals such as toning, building strength to lift heavier, general healthy lifestyle goals, conditioning to support progress in running, boxing and more. A challenging yet achievable class for all abilities. *Please note, our studio has no waiting area. To avoid disrupting other sessions, please arrive just a few minutes before your class. We cannot admit latecomers or those arriving right at the start time, as the bell is turned off. Classes begin promptly, so you must be inside the studio by the start time. *We have a 48 hour cancellation window on all of our classes. If you cancel with under 48 hours, you will lose your class credit, however you will not be charged. If you cancel 3 hours or less, before the class starts you will lose your class credit and be charged £5 (same applies for no-show fee). *Class Disclaimer: By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically fit to exercise and have no medical conditions or doctor's restrictions that prevent you from doing so.
